DVD transfer FAQ's

1. What source formats do Tri-Media accept?
Currently we accept all VCR and Camcorder tape formats including
VHS, S-VHS, VHS-C, 8mm, and Digital 8. We take pride in also
offering excellent Regular and Super 8mm transfers.

2. Do you offer editing services?
Yes, contact us if you would like more information.

3. Can I send in more than one tape per order?
Yes, there is an additional charge of $10.00 per tape
added to your order.

4. Where do I send my tape for conversion?
Contact us and we will advise you on how and where
to send your tapes.

5. How long does it take to receive my DVD?
Our basic transfer service takes approximately 2 weeks,
however individual project times may vary.

6. What is your policy on copyrighted material?
Tri-Media Productions will not accept material for tranfer
that you do not have rights to copy.

7. Will I get my originals back?
Yes, your original tape will be returned with your new DVD

8. Can I order additional copies of my DVD?
Yes, you can order as many copies of your project at the
time of your original order and up to one week after you receive
your DVD, after that time your material will be deleted from our
files.
